So the challenge was to take Make Eden dental social and encourage patients to proactively visit the dentist. No pressure!
What We Did
We created enticing social media campaigns aimed at encouraging people to pick up the phone and make an appointment. We also helped with optimisation of Eden's website to allow them to track leads from visitor actions such as contact form submissions and telephone number clicks.
What We Achieved
Results of the the social media campaigns were a notable increase in website traffic and solid leads through contact form submissions and phone calls. So Eden were able fill-in the diary and utilise spare capacity in what were previously quieter times.
The search optimisation work has also kept traffic flowing from web searches, delivering traffic to the site and more leads on an on-going basis.
